By creating an account or using any part of tradingwithdewa, you agree to these terms and to the Disclaimer, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms govern your use of tradingwithdewa.com and of every member app operated under it, including the screeners at fx., idx., fxdiv., idiv., ihsg., and smart.tradingwithdewa.com, together with the indicators distributed to members. "We" and "us" mean the operator of those services; "you" means the account holder.
Do not share your login. A single sign-in works across every member app, so sharing a password is the same as giving away your membership. Where an account shows signs of being shared — such as concurrent use from unrelated locations — we may suspend it.
There are four plans: Free, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. They are cumulative — each plan includes everything the plan below it opens. Which plan opens which app is shown in the member area and is enforced on our servers on every request.
No payment is processed on this website. There is no checkout, no stored card, no subscription engine, and no automatic renewal here. Upgrades are arranged directly with us over Telegram, and an administrator then sets the plan on your account by hand.
The price, the duration, and the payment method for an upgrade are whatever was agreed with you at the time of purchase. Keep your record of that conversation — it is the reference for what you bought. Access ends when the agreed period ends, unless it is renewed the same way.
We may change what a plan includes. If a change removes from your plan an app you had access to while a paid period was still running, tell us and we will put it right, either by extending your access or by refunding the unused part.
You may use everything the service produces for your own trading, research, and study, without limit.

Breaching this section is the fastest way to lose an account, and we do not refund an account terminated for it.
The detection engines, the Pine Script indicators, the design and text of the site, and the scan results they produce belong to us. Your plan grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps and their output while the plan is active. It transfers ownership of nothing.
Market data displayed in the apps belongs to its originating exchange or data provider and is shown under the terms on which we receive it.
We run the service on a best-effort basis. We do not offer a service level agreement and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The daily scans run on scheduled jobs that depend on third-party data feeds and infrastructure we do not control. A scan may be delayed, may return nothing, or may not run at all. Where that happens the apps say so plainly rather than presenting old results as current. We may also take the service down for maintenance, and may change, add, or remove features.
If an outage runs long enough to materially deprive you of a paid period, contact us and we will extend or refund it.
Everything in the Disclaimer applies and is incorporated into these terms. In short: the service provides analysis tools, not financial advice; the output is pattern detection, not prediction; data can be delayed or wrong; and trading carries a substantial risk of loss that is yours alone to bear.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, from any decision you make on the basis of it, or from any error, delay, interruption, or omission in the data.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited in aggregate to the amount you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indonesian law, including your rights as a consumer under Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, particularly section 4, or where required by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why.
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.
If we terminate your account during a paid period for a reason other than your breach, we refund the unused portion.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Where a change materially reduces what you get or what you are owed, we will notify registered members by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, contact us first — most things are resolved in a conversation. Anything that cannot be resolved that way falls to the competent courts of Indonesia.
